Відповідно до статті 29 Закону України “Про захист населення від інфекційних хвороб”, Постанови Кабінету міністрів України від 11 березня 2020 р. № 211 «Про запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2» на усій території України карантин оголошено карантин з 12 березня 2020 р. Постановою Кабінету міністрів України від 22 квітня 2020 р. № 291 «Про внесення змін до деяких актів Кабінету Міністрів України» карантин продовжено до 11 травня 2020р. Дані обставини виключають можливість проведення засідання тендерного комітету Київським державним хореографічним училищем, що в свою чергу унеможливлює розгляд пропозицій учасників публічної закупівлі.

Оплата послуг Замовником здійснюється шляхом безготівкових розрахунків у національній валюті України за реквізитами Учасника визначеними у цьому договорі, протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати прийняття послуг Замовником за актом передання-прийняття послуг. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування Замовника як бюджетної державної установи Замовник має право оплатити послуги Учасника протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) робочих днів з дати надходження коштів на поточний рахунок Замовника. Учасник відшкодовує Замовнику витрати за користування холодним водопостачанням та водовідведенням, а також іншими комунальними платежами (за наявності) протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати надання Учаснику відповідного рахунку Замовником.
