Оплата за виконані роботи здійснюватиметься за умови затвердження НКРЕКП Інвестиційної програми на 2020 рік/змін до Інвестиційної програми Замовника на 2020 рік, що міститиме в собі Роботи, що є предметом закупівлі по даним торгам.При наявності фінансування Замовник залишає за собою право здійснити передоплату (авансування), або оплатити виконані Роботи, вказані в п.3.1. Договору, повністю або частково раніше встановленого терміну остаточного розрахунку. При цьому Підрядник з дня отримання коштів на свій розрахунковий рахунок зобов’язаний здійснити реєстрацію електронних податкових накладних в ЄРПН в строк та спосіб відповідно до вимог діючого податкового законодавства.
