Для платників ПДВ: Замовник здійснює оплату за наявністю належним чином оформлених та підписаних Сторонами документів: акта прийому-здачі наданих послуг, рахунку на оплату послуг протягом 30 банківських днів з дати реєстрації Виконавцем податкової накладної в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних; у випадку зупинення реєстрації податкової накладної Виконавця оплата здійснюється протягом 30 банківських днів з дня отримання замовником від Виконавця копії рішення про реєстрацію податкової накладної. Для неплатників ПДВ Замовник здійснює оплату протягом 30 банківських днів з моменту отримання Замовником належним чином оформлених та підписаних Сторонами документів: акта прийому-здачі наданих послуг, рахунку на оплату послуг.
