Description:

Замовник може перерахувати Підряднику аванс для придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів у розмірі до 30 % від вартості робіт. Підрядник зобов’язується виконати роботи по отриманому авансу впродовж 3 місяців з дня його отримання. По закінченні трьохмісячного терміну Підрядник повертає невикористані суми авансу на розрахунковий рахунок Замовника. Порядок здійснення розрахунків здійснюється у відповідності до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04 грудня 2019 року № 1070 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти" та Постанови КМУ від 27 грудня 2001 року № 1764 "Про затвердження порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва".Залік авансу здійснюється на підставі актів виконаних робіт та довідок про вартість виконаних робіт (ф. КБ-2В, ф. КБ-3) протягом 3-х місяців з дня перерахування коштів.Розрахунки проводяться тільки за фактично виконані роботи протягом до 30-ти календарних днів після підписання Замовником представлених Підрядником належно оформлених актів виконаних робіт (Форма КБ-2в) та довідки (Форма КБ-3), рахунку на оплату, шляхом проміжних платежів, та тільки в межах бюджетних призначень та при умові поступлення коштів на рахунок Замовника по даному об'єкту.
