Відповідно до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 4 грудня 2019 р. № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти», Замовник надає Підряднику попередню оплату в розмірі не більше 30 (тридцяти) % від бюджетного призначення, на виконання робіт, придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання: матеріалів, устаткування, конструкцій, виробів, надавання послуг з перевезення та оренди, сплати податків та обов’язкових платежів відповідно до договору на строк не більше 180 календарних днів. За наявності відповідного фінансування попередня оплата надається Підряднику упродовж 10 робочих днів з дня надходження коштів на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника.
