Description:
Замовник здійснює усі розрахунки, які передбачені Договором, у національній валюті України. Джерело фінансування закупівлі – кошти місцевого бюджету. Оплата здійснюється в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Учасника відповідно до видаткових накладних. Замовник здійснює оплату на підставі видаткових накладних, на умовах 100% післяоплати, протягом 30 банківських днів з моменту надходження фінансування на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника, з урахуванням Бюджетного кодексу України. Бюджетні зобов'язання Замовника за Договором про закупівлю, виникають у разі наявності та в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань. У разі відсутності на реєстраційному рахунку Замовника коштів, виділених на оплату відповідного бюджетного зобов’язання, оплата вартості поставленого Товару здійснюється після надходження коштів на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника.
