У зв’язку з відсутністю подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, згідно зі службовою запискою Департаменту податкових сервісів від 02.04.2020 № 3998/99-00-02-08-02-08 виникла необхідність відмінити торги на закупівлю за предметом: Фотокопіювальне та поліграфічне обладнання для офсетного друку – за кодом ДК 021:2015 – 30120000-6 (Витратні матеріали до друкувальної техніки) на підставі абзацу другого частини першої статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі – Закон), а саме: відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів.
