Description:
Розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюються по мірі надання послуг відповідно до ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України в національній валюті України – гривні, шляхом перерахування Замовником грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця протягом 30 (тридцяти) робочих днів після підписання Сторонами Акту наданих послуг (далі – Акт) за умови здійснення відповідного бюджетного фінансування на рахунок Замовника. У випадку відсутності фінансування або його затримки, розрахунки за надані послуги затримуються до моменту надходження фінансування для оплати таких послуг. Обсяги закупівлі послуг, що надаються за цим Договором, можуть бути зменшені Замовником залежно від його потреб. Замовник не несе відповідальності за затримку бюджетного фінансування та зобов’язується здійснити оплату вартості наданих Виконавцем послуг протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати надходження відповідного бюджетного фінансування коштів на рахунок Замовника.
