Description:

Відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 N117, Замовник здійснює попередню оплату у розмірі 30% річного обсягу робіт ( що не перевищує 30% вартості Договору) для придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів і обладнання, а Підрядник зобов’язується освоїти його протягом одного місяця від моменту отримання. Після закінчення місячного терміну, невикористана сума попередньої оплати повертається Підрядником на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника.

Description:

Розрахунки проводяться Замовником шляхом поетапної оплати виконаних робіт після пред'явлення Підрядником рахунка на оплату робіт (далі - рахунок) та після підписання Сторонами акта про виконані роботи форми КБ-2в та довідки про вартість виконаних робіт форми КБ-3. До рахунку Підрядником додаються підписані екземпляри акта про виконані роботи форми КБ-2в та довідки про вартість виконаних робіт форми КБ-3. Поетапна оплата виконаних робіт здійснюється з урахуванням авансу, у наступному місяці за поточним, в якому було підписано акти про виконані роботи форми КБ-2в. Кінцевий розрахунок проводиться Замовником протягом 15 (п’ятнадцять) днів з моменту підписання кінцевого акту про виконані роботи форми КБ-2в.
