Постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів села Станиля Дрогобицького району Львівської області

Замовник дотримується порядку здійснення публічних закупівель, встановленого Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», та закуповує товар (газ) за процедурою «Звіт про укладений договір» у зв’язку з тим, що вартість предмета закупівлі перевищує 50 тис. … грн. та одночасно є меншою за 200 тис. грн. Закупівля здійснюється в природного монополіста, з врахуванням відсутності конкуренції (у тому числі з технічних причин) на відповідному ринку, внаслідок чого договір про закупівлю може бути укладено лише з одним постачальником, за відсутності при цьому альтернативи.
