Попередня оплата може здійснюватись у межах 30 % від вартості річного обсягу робіт відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 04.12.2019 р. №1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» терміном на 3 календарних місяці відповідно до належним чином оформленого дозволу розпорядника лише щодо послуг виконання i надання яких здійснюється протягом поточного бюджетного періоду. Використаний аванс погашається на підставі актів виконаних робіт по формі КБ-2, підписаного уповноваженими представниками сторін.
