Відповідно до Закону України Про внесення змін до Закону України “Про Державний бюджет України на 2020 рік”, прийнятого Верховною Радою України 13 квітня 2020 року Держфінмоніторингу на 100 % скорочено видатки розвитку, в межах яких було заплановано придбання службового автомобіля. Керуючись пунктом 1 розділу VI тендерної закупівлі, стеттею 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» прийнято рішення про відміну торгів.
