Розрахунок здійснюється Замовником частинами, після передачі Виконавцем Замовнику звіту (звітів) про результати наданих послуг, у розмірі вартості фактично наданих послуг, визначеної у Кошторисі надання послуг (додаток 3), на підставі підписаного Сторонами відповідного Акту надання послуг, протягом 30 (тридцяти) робочих днів з дати підписання відповідного Акту надання послуг, але у будь-якому разі після відкриття відповідних бюджетних асигнувань Замовнику.
