1. Тендерна пропозиція не відповідає умовам викладеним в п. 3 розділу І ДОДАТКУ 2 тендерної документації, а саме: У складі пропозиції учасника відсутня Довідка в довільній формі, за підписом уповноваженої особи учасника та завірена печаткою (у разі її використання) з інформацією про досвід виконання аналогічного договору на постачання товарів аналогічного виду та лист-відгук від контрагента. 2. Тендерна пропозиція не відповідає умовам викладеним в п. 3 розділу ІІІ ДОДАТКУ 2 тендерної документації, а саме: У складі пропозиції учасника відсутній оригінал або завірена учасником копія довідки або довідок (у разі відкриття рахунків у декількох банках) з обслуговуючого банку або обслуговуючих банків (у разі відкриття рахунків у декількох банках) про відсутність (наявність) заборгованості за кредитами. 3. Тендерна пропозиція не відповідає умовам викладеним в п. 11 розділу ІІІ ДОДАТКУ 2 тендерної документації, а саме: У складі пропозиції учасника відсутня копія підтверджуючого документу, що підтверджує представницькі повноваження учасника (довіреність від виробника, дилерська угода/лист, дистриб’юторський договір або договір комісії тощо), з інформацією про гарантійні зобов’язання виробника по постачанню даної продукції
