у зв’язку з не підписанням договору протягом 30 днів з кінцевого строку подання пропозицій, Замовником було прийнято рішення відмінити процедуру закупівлі в відповідності до наказу № 10 “Про затвердження Інструкції про порядок використання електронної системи закупівель, вартість яких є меншою за вартість, що встановлена в абзацах другому і третьому частини першої статті 2 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі”.
