Під час детального розгляду тендерних пропозицій на відповідність тендерній документації закупівлі виникла необхідність внесення істотних змін до предмета закупівлі та збільшення обсягу робіт. Оскільки після розкриття тендерних пропозицій тендерний комітет не може вносити зміни до тендерної документації, в цей час необхідність в закупівлі робіт характер та обсяг яких визначений тендерною документацією відпала закупівля відміняється у звязку з відсутністю подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг
