керуючись пунктом 14 Інструкції про порядок використання електронної системи закупівель у разі здійснення закупівель, вартість яких є меншою за вартість, що встановлена в абзацах другому і третьому частини першої статті2 Закону України Про публічні закупівлі" затвердженої наказом ДП "ПРОЗОРРО" від 19.03.2019 № 10 під час надання звіту та оприлюднення інформації на веб порталі Уповноваженого органу було допущено технічну помилку щодо вартостів товару, та зазначена вартість з ПДВ. Договором про закупівлю товару вартість визначено без ПДВ. здійснення відміни проведення закупівлі та оприлюднення звіту із правильною вартістю товару
