Description:

4.1. Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються на підставі видаткової накладної на умовах відстрочки платежу до 10 календарних днів та у відповідності до частини 1 статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надані товари здійснюється протягом 10 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. 4.2. Спосіб оплати – шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника. При здійсненні платежу Замовник обов’язково повинен вказувати у платіжному дорученні номер та дату цього Договору . 4.3. Ціна на товар визначена з урахуванням податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, а також витрат на транспортування, навантаження та розвантаження, введення в експлуатацію, монтаж, навчання персоналу Замовника, страхування, сплату митних тарифів та інших витрат згідно вимог діючих законодавчих і розпорядчих актів місцевого самоврядування щодо формування ціни. Не врахована Постачальником вартість окремих послуг не сплачується Замовником окремо, а витрати на їх виконання вважаються врахованими у загальній ціні його тендерної пропозиції.
