4.1. Розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюються на підставі п.5 ст.46 Бюджетного кодексу України. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. 4.2. Усі розрахунки за договором проводяться у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування Замовником грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця на підставі рахунків, видаткових накладних та після підписання Сторонами Актів приймання виконаних робіт Виконавцем.
