Description:

Попередня оплата здійснюється шляхом перерахування бюджетних коштів Учаснику на небюджетний рахунок, відкритий на його ім’я в органах Державного казначейства України у встановленому законодавством порядку. Розмір попередньої оплати складає не більше 50 відсотків від вартості робіт, відповідно до Постанови КМУ №1764 від 27.12.2001 та Постанови КМУ №117 від 23.04.2014. Учасник зобов’язується використати одержану попередню оплату на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів протягом 90 днів після одержання попередньої оплати, що буде підтверджено актом виконаних робіт (КБ-2в), довідкою вартості виконаних будівельних робіт та затрат (КБ-3). По закінченню терміну використання попередньої оплати, невикористана сума авансу повертається Замовнику у той же день. Замовник має право контролювати використання наданої Учаснику суми попередньої оплати.

Description:

Розрахунки за виконані роботи проводяться на підставі документів про обсяги виконаних робіт та їх вартість: довідка вартості виконаних будівельних робіт та затрат (КБ-3) та акти виконаних робіт (КБ-2в). Оплату виконаних робіт Замовник проводить поетапно по мірі надходження з бюджету коштів на оплату видатків капітального ремонту в сумі, що не перевищує розмір фактичного надходження коштів з бюджету. Подальша оплата виконаних робіт здійснюється при наступних надходженнях коштів з бюджету до проведення повного розрахунку (умова із відкладною обставиною відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 212 Цивільного кодексу України).
