Розрахунки за надані Виконавцем послуги здійснюються шляхом оплати Замовником з розрахункового рахунку на підставі рахунку фактури та акту про підтвердження факту надання послуг у безготівковому порядку на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця на умовах відстрочки платежу на термін до 10 (десяти) банківських днів. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за послуги здійснюється протягом 3 (трьох) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Замовник не несе відповідальність за несвоєчасну оплату послуг, якщо це спричинено затримкою бюджетного фінансування.
