Description:

Оплата за п.1 Товар відповідно до Додатку №1 (Специфікації до Договору) здійснюється шляхом перерахування грошових коштів з поточного рахунку Покупця протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів з дати підписання видаткової накладної на відповідну партію Товару та на підставі отриманого Покупцем оригіналу належним чином оформленого рахунку від Постачальника. Оплата за п.2 Товар відповідно до Додатку №1 (Специфікації до Договору) здійснюється після затвердження фінансового плану ДП "АМПУ" на 2020 рік та за наявності витрат, що є предметом цього договору у затвердженому фінансовому плані ДП "АМПУ" (відкладальна обставина згідно з ч. 1 ст. 212 Цивільного кодексу України), шляхом перерахування грошових коштів з поточного рахунку Покупця протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів з дати підписання видаткової накладної на відповідну партію Товару та на підставі отриманого Покупцем оригіналу належним чином оформленого рахунку від Постачальника.
