Розрахунок плати за перетікання реактивної електричної енергії на межі балансової належності електричних мереж здійснюється відповідно до Методики обчислення плати за перетікання реактивної електроенергії та оформлюється згідно з Порядком розрахунків за перетікання реактивної електричної енергії (додаток 10 до договору споживача про надання послуг з розподілу електричної енергії). Рахунок формується відповідно до даних про фактичне споживання електричної енергії, зафіксованих у Звіті про використану електроенергію за відповідний звітний період (Додаток 4.1 до договору споживача про надання послуг з розподілу електричної енергії). До рахунків додаються Акти прийняття–передавання електричної енергії, які оплачуються протягом 10 банківських днів.
