Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати замовником надану послугу в гривнях на підставі акту наданих послуг на розрахунковий рахунок виконавця, в межах надходження бюджетних асигнувань на дані послуги на казначейський рахунок замовника. Замовник оплачує надану та підписану в актах послугу протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання відповідного фінансування з бюджету на свій казначейський рахунок. У разі не надходження бюджетних асигнувань Замовнику сторони діють відповідно п. 3.5 цього договору, вимог Бюджетного кодексу України та інших нормативно-правових актів щодо оформлення кредиторської заборгованості Замовника перед Постачальником. За наявності затверджених у встановленому порядку бюджетних призначень на оплату кредиторської заборгованості Замовника перед Виконавцем Замовник оплачує надану у 2020 р. послугу протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання відповідного фінансування з бюджету на свій казначейський рахунок.
