У зв`язку з тим, що виникла потреба у закупівлі туалетного паперу, що має інші технічні характеристики ніж були зазначені в тендерній документації, про що стало відомо під час проведення торгів «ДК 021:2015: 33760000-5 — Туалетний папір, носові хустинки, рушники для рук і серветки (Рушники паперові, папір туалетний)», відсутня подальша потреба в закупівлі саме цього товару з технічними характеристиками передбаченими в тендерній документації (UA-2020-02-05-000037-a).
