06.02.2020 р. Дрогобицькою міською радою прийнято РІШЕННЯ № 2205, відповідно до якого передаються об’єкти благоустрою та інше майно комунальної власності від КП “Комбінат міського господарства” на баланс КП «Служба муніципального управління». Враховуючи дане рішення, склалась ситуація, коли у КП “Комбінат міського господарства” відпала потреба у закупівлі - «Код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 “Єдиний закупівельний словник” - 09130000-9 - Нафта і дистиляти (Бензин А-92, Паливо дизельне)», у зв’язку із передачею тих об’єктів і майна для обслуговування яких здійснювалась дана закупівля іншій юридичні особі. В даній ситуації наявні обґрунтовані підстави для відміни відкритих торгів на підставі абз. 2 ч. 1 ст. 31 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі»: «Замовник відміняє торги в разі відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг;».
