- Покупець проводить розрахунки з Постачальником у відповідності до вимог ч.1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України за фактом отримання товару на умовах відстрочки платежу 10 календарних днів через Головне управління ДКС України в м. Києві. - Оплата за товар здійснюється Замовником шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця згідно видаткової накладної. - У випадку затримки оплати Замовником, як бюджетна державна установа (через відсутність коштів на розрахунковому рахунку), зобов’язується провести оплату виконаних робіт протягом 14-ти днів з моменту отримання фінансування на розрахункові рахунки.
