Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перераховування ЗАМОВНИКОМ коштів за фактично надані послуги на підставі оформлених, затверджених та підписаних сторонами актів приймання-передачі наданих послуг у строки, передбачені цим Договором, в безготівковому порядку за рахунок бюджетних коштів на поточний рахунок УЧАСНИКА. Оплата за надані послуги здійснюється щомісячно (розрахунковий період)до 20 числа місяця, наступного за календарним місяцем, в якому фактично надавалися послуги, на підставі оформлених УЧАСНИКОМ актів приймання-передачі наданих послуг. Бюджетні зобов’язання Замовника за цим Договором виникають в межах затверджених кошторисних призначень. Замовник проводить розрахунки з УЧАСНИКОМ у відповідності до вимог п.1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу через ГУДКСУ у м. Києві. У випадку затримки оплати послуг ЗАМОВНИКОМ як бюджетною установою (через відсутність коштів на розрахунковому рахунку), ЗАМОВНИК зобов’язується провести оплату послуг протягом 14-ти банківських днів з дня надходження коштів на свій рахунок.
