КП"Ізмаїльське ВУВКГ" потрібно виконувати свої обов'язки, щодо якісного безперебійного водопостачання та водовідведення, що,в свою чергу, залежить від перебійного енергопостачання. Враховуючи обставини,які склалися та вищенаведену інформацію,процедура закупівлі ДК 021:2015:09310000-5-Електрична енергія" скасовується на підставі ч.1 ст.31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»,а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
