Розрахунки за реалізований Замовникові газ здійснюються за цінами та тарифами, що визначені на день підписання Договору. При зміні урядових рішень, а також рішень НКРЕКП щодо зміни розміру ціни на газ, інших змін у законодавстві, що впливають на збільшення або на зменшення ціни на газ в термін дії цього Договору, Сторони домовилися, що ціна за 1 000 м.куб. газу може бути змінена з першого числа місяца, наступного за місяцем, в якому відбулися таки зміни, що буде відображено в Додатковій угоді до Договору.
