За результатами розгляду пропозиції учасника ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВIДПОВIДАЛЬНIСТЮ "ІТ-ІНТЕГРАТОР" тендерним комітетом було виявлено наступне. Згідно пункту 2.2 розділу 2 частини 1 Додатку №1 тендерної документації Замовник вимагає наявність працівників відповідної кваліфікації, які мають необхідні знання та досвід, а саме довідку у довільній формі про технічних працівників: 1) не менше двох технічних спеціалістів з сертифікацією типу VMware VCP Datacenter Virtualization; 2) не менше одного технічного спеціаліста з сертифікацією типу CISCO CCNA та CCNP. Підтверджується копіями сертифікатів. Проте, в супереч вимогам, Учасником надано сертифікат, строк дії якого закінчився.
