За результатами розгляду профільною технічною дирекцією встановлено, що тендерна пропозиція учасника не відповідає вимогам ТД: – у складі тендерної пропозиції учасника відсутні референція (відгук від Кінцевого споживача) з зазначенням типу продукції, місце установки та результатів експлуатації, що не відповідає вимогам п. 6 р. III ТД; – надана довідка про досвід виконання аналогічних договорів не містить інформацію про досвід виконання договорів на постачання запасних частин до турбін, що експлуатуються у складі АЕС. За результатами розгляду підрозділом-ініціатором процедури закупівлі встановлено: у складі тендерної пропозиції учасника надана довідка встановленої форми про наявність обладнання та матеріально-технічної бази у виробника АТ «Полтавський турбомеханічний завод», але всупереч вимогам п. 6 р. ІІІ ТД довідка оформлена та підписана учасником ПрАТ «Укрпромобладнання», а не уповноваженою особою виробника. Учасник не надав забезпечення тендерної пропозиції.
