Торги на закупівлю: «Послуги з технічного огляду та випробовувань (Послуги з технічного огляду (первинний, позачерговий) посудин, що працюють під тиском)», код предмета закупівлі: 71630000-3 за ДК 021:2015 «ЄЗС», згідно оголошення UA-2019-12-27-000638-c, відмінити на підставі абз. 2 частини першої статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» - відсутність подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарі, робіт і послуг (протокол від 24.03.2020 № 19-161-відм), так як процедура була ініційована для закупівлі послуг уповноваженої організації для можливості участі НВЦ ТД «Техдіагаз», як учасника, у відкритих торгах оголошених ТОВ «Оператор газотранспортних систем України» згідно оголошення в електронній системі закупівель https://prozorro.gov.ua/tender/UA-2019-12-17-000146-b. В даній закупівлі НВЦ ТД «Техдіагаз» не був визначений переможцем та 19.03.2020 ТОВ «Оператор газотранспортних систем України» був укладений договір з учасником переможцем ТОВ «Спільне українсько-німецьке підприємство «Товариство технічного нагляду ДІЕКС».
