Description:

Перед початком робіт Замовник може сплатити Генпідряднику попередню оплату на придбання матеріальних ресурсів для виконання будівельно-монтажних робіт у розмірі що не перевищує 30% (тридцяти відсотків) від загального річного обсягу робіт, згідно постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014р. №117 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти». Генпідрядник зобов’язується використати одержану попередню оплату, передбачену в пункті 4.6 даного Договору, протягом трьох місяців від дня одержання попередньої оплати.
