В свою чергу відповідно до наказу МФУ № 309 кінцевий термін прийняття документів для реєстрації бюджетних зобов’язань та бюджетних фінансових зобов’язань за капітальними видатками 23.12.2019 року. Зазначена обставина унеможливлює реєстрацію договорів та виконання їх умов у поточному році.
