Description:

Розрахунки з Виконавцем за надані послуги здійснюються Замовником шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця у відповідності до затвердженого бюджету у наступному порядку: - у 2020 році – 35% з урахуванням ПДВ 20% - протягом 60 (шістдесяти) банківських днів після підписання акту здачі-приймання наданих послуг за етапом Календарного плана на підставі пред’явленого Виконавцем рахунка на оплату; (сума оплати зазначається Замовником під час укладання договору за результатами проведенного аукціону у відповідності до затвердженого бюджету) - у 2021 році – остаточна сума. У разі наявності достатнього фінансування у 2020 році Замовник має право на дострокові розрахунки з Виконавцем за Договором.
