Передбачене авансування. Авансовий платіж у розмірі 25% (двадцять п’ять відсотків) від Квартальної вартості послуг перераховується Замовником Виконавцю протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з дати отримання рахунку на оплату, який надається Виконавцем Замовнику в перший робочий день першого місяця кварталу, в якому надаються Послуги (надалі – «Поточний квартал»).

Description:

Остаточний розрахунок у розмірі 75% (сімдесят п’ять відсотків) від Квартальної вартості Послуг перераховується Замовником Виконавцю протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з дати підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення їх підписів відбитками печаток Сторін Акту приймання-передачі наданих Послуг за Поточний квартал, який надається Виконавцем Замовнику в останній робочий день Поточного кварталу/останній робочий день надання Виконавцем Послуг за Договором у випадку дострокового розірвання Договору. Оплата здійснюється Замовником на підставі рахунку на оплату, який надається Виконавцем Замовнику одночасно із Актом приймання-передачі наданих Послуг за відповідний Поточний квартал/останній період надання Виконавцем Послуг за Договором у випадку дострокового розірвання Договору.
