Замовник проводить оплату вартості послуг на підставі акта приймання-передачі послуг згідно з календарним планом надання-прийняття та оплати послуг протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати надання послуг, або їх окремого етапу, за умови надходження фактичного бюджетного фінансування видатків на рахунок замовника у поточному році. У випадку відсутності на розрахунковому рахунку замовника бюджетного фінансування видатків, призначених на оплату послуг, замовник проводить оплату наданих послуг протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дня надходження відповідного бюджетного фінансування на рахунок замовника. Оплата послуг здійснюється шляхом безготівкового перерахунку коштів на поточний рахунок виконавця.
