Процедуру оголошено 22.11.2019 р. Аукціон відбувся 09.12.2019 р. Розгляд пропозицій учасників, який відповідно до ст. 28 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", не повинен перевищувати п’яти робочих днів, здійснено не було. Повідомлення про продовження строку розгляду тендерних пропозицій до 20 робочих днів в електронній системі закупівель розміщено не було. Секретар тендерного комітету повідомив, що відповідно до ст. 31 закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Замовник відміняє торги в разі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
