Замовник проводить розрахунки з Постачальником у відповідності до вимог ч. 1 ст.49 Бюджетного кодексу України за фактом отримання товару протягом 5-ти банківських днів через ГУ ДКСУ в м. Києві. Оплата за поставлений товар здійснюється замовником шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника згідно видаткових накладних. У випадку затримки оплати товару Замовником, як бюджетною державною установою (через відсутність коштів на розрахунковому рахунку), Замовник зобов’язується провести оплату поставленого Постачальником товару протягом 3-х банківських днів з дня надходження бюджетних коштів на свій рахунок. (джерело фінансування - кошти місцевих бюджетів)
