Description:

Покупець проводить оплату вартості програмного продукту (далі – ПП) на підставі рахунку постачальника та акту приймання-передачі ПП протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати постачання ПП за актом приймання-передачі за умови надходження фактичного бюджетного фінансування видатків на рахунок покупця у 2019 році. У випадку відсутності на розрахунковому рахунку покупця бюджетного фінансування видатків, призначених на оплату ПП, покупець проводить оплату ПП протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дня надходження відповідного бюджетного фінансування на рахунок покупця. Оплата ПП здійснюється шляхом безготівкового перерахунку коштів на розрахунковий рахунок постачальника.
