Description:

4.1. Розрахунки за Договором проводяться на підставі накладних шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника. 4.2. Розрахунки проводяться протягом 30 календарних днів з моменту отримання товару. 4.3. Розрахунки за поставлені Товари здійснюються на підставі Бюджетного кодексу України. Зобов’язання за цим Договором виникають відповідно до частини першої статті 23 Бюджетного кодексу України лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунки проводяться на протязі 5 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником на свій реєстраційний рахунок бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі за вказаним напрямом. 4.4. Замовник має право здійснити попередню оплату Товару шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника в розмірі 100 (ста) відсотків від ціни Договору на строк не більше трьох місяців відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 № 117 "Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти".
