Оплата за надані Послуги здійснюється Замовником за фактично наданий об’єм Послуг відповідно до виставленого рахунку-фактури, який виписується на підставі належним чином оформлених документів Книжка МДП, CMR та CN 37/ CN 38/ CN 41, а також реєстрації Виконавцем в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних належним чином оформленої податкової накладної та за умови відсутності неусунених Виконавцем зауважень Замовника до змісту та форми зазначених документів впродовж 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з моменту підписання Сторонами Акту наданих послуг за формою наведеною в Додатку №2 до Договору.
