На підставі абзацу першого частини першої статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII та у зв’язку з прийняттям Постанови КМУ від 02.10.2019 № 858 «Про утворення теріторіальних органів Державної митної служби» і як наслідок реорганізацією деяких територіальних органів Державної фіскальної служби шляхом їх приєднання до відповідних територіальних органів Державної митної служби та створенням нової юридичної особи публічного права Спеціалізованої лабораторії з питань експертизи та досліджень Держмитслужби, у Замовника зникла потреба в закупівлі послуг: Код CPV за ДК 021:2015 – 45310000-3 - "Електромонтажні роботи" (монтаж та установка системи охоронно – тривожної сигналізації (ОТС)).
