Description:

Відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 23.04.2014 року № 117 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» та ч.1 ст.3 Бюджетного кодексу України Замовник перераховує Підряднику аванс у розмірі до 30% вартості річного обсягу Робіт, шляхом спрямування бюджетних коштів Підряднику робіт на небюджетний рахунок в ДЕРЖКАЗНАЧЕЙСЬКА СЛУЖБА УКРАЇНИ, М.КИЇВ, код банку 820172 на підставі рахунку, який надається Підрядником Замовнику, з подальшим використанням зазначених коштів Підрядником робіт виключно з такого рахунку на цілі, визначені Договором. Підрядник зобов’язується використати одержаний аванс на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів протягом трьох місяців після одержання авансу. По закінченні тримісячного терміну невикористані суми авансу повертаються Замовнику. У наступні роки розмір, строки та умови надання авансу будуть визначатися Сторонами додатково. Розрахунки за фактично виконані Підрядником роботи здійснюються шляхом їх оплати Замовником на підставі акту (актів) приймання виконаних будівельних робіт, оформлених згідно ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013, за формами № КБ-2в та довідки (довідок) про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати за формою № КБ-3 у безготівковому порядку на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця на умовах відстрочки платежу на термін до 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання коштів на розрахунковий рахунок від головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів.
