Процедуру оголошено 23.10.2019 р. Аукціон відбувся 11.11.2019 р. Пропозиції перших двох учасників, ТОВ "ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКА ТОРГОВО-ПРОМИСЛОВА КОМПАНІЯ" та ТОВ "БЛЕНД ГРУП" було відхилено. Наступного учасника, ТОВ "Альфа-Метал-Компані", було визнано переможцем та прийнято рішення про про намір укласти договір з даним учасником. Договір не було укладено у встановлені Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі" терміни, а саме не пізніше ніж через 20 днів з дня прийняття рішення про намір укласти договір. Секретар тендерного комітету повідомив, що відповідно до ст. 31 закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Замовник відміняє торги в разі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
