Description:

Джерело фінансування закупівлі - кошти місцевого бюджету. Замовник проводить оплату вартості виконаних Робіт на підставі Актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-2в) та Довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-3) Виконавця протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати підписання Актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-2в) та Довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-3) за умови надходження фактичного бюджетного фінансування видатків на рахунок Замовника у 2019 році. У випадку відсутності на розрахунковому рахунку Замовника бюджетного фінансування видатків, призначених на оплату Робіт, Замовник проводить оплату наданих Робіт протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дня надходження відповідного бюджетного фінансування на рахунок Замовника у 2019 році.

Відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 № 117 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» Замовник на підставі рахунку Виконавця зобов'язується перерахувати Виконавцю попередню оплату у розмірі до 30% від загальної вартості Послуг, визначеної Договором на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт, матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання рахунку Виконавця за умови надходження фактичного бюджетного фінансування видатків на рахунок Замовника у 2019 році на небюджетний рахунок Виконавця відкритого в органах Казначейства.
