Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 3 Бюджетного кодексу України бюджетний період для всіх бюджетів, що складають бюджетну систему України, становить один календарний рік, який починається 1 січня кожного року і закінчується 31 грудня того ж року, а кінцевим строком виконання робіт з капітального ремонту автомобільної дороги загального користування місцевого значення О1702366 Білопілля-Терни-Липова Долина-Гадяч на ділянці км91+700-км107+600 Гадяцького району Полтавської області (окремими ділянками)» (код за ДК 021:2015 – 45230000-8 Будівництво трубопроводів, ліній зв’язку та електропередач, шосе, доріг, аеродромів і залізничних доріг; вирівнювання поверхонь) Замовником було визначено 31.12.2019 року, а також керуючись п. 3 ч. 2 ст. 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» – Замовник визнає дані торги такими, що не відбулися з огляду на скорочення видатків на здійснення даної закупівлі робіт.
