Description:

4.1. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Учасника. 4.2. Оплата за фактично надану послугу здійснюється протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів (за умови надходження бюджетних коштів на рахунок Замовника за даним кодом видатків) з дати надання Учасником Замовнику належним чином оформленого Акту приймання – передачі. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надану послугу здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. 4.3. Датою платежу є дата зарахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Учасника. 4.4. Замовник має право відмовитись повність або частково від оплати послуги у випадках, передбачених чинним законодавством.
