Платежі за обсяги виконаних робіт здійснюються Замовником шляхом перерахування безготівкових грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Підрядника протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати підписання Сторонами актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт та Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати на підставі отриманого рахунку (ів) (рахунку(ів)-фактури). Замовник сплачує Підряднику аванс на придбання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, виробів, конструкцій та обладнання у розмірі до 10% (десяти) відсотків договірної ціни проти надання банківської гарантії повернення авансового платежу протягом 10 (Десяти) календарних днів з дати надання Підрядником зазначеної банківської гарантії на підставі отриманого належним чином оформленого рахунку (рахунку-фактури) Підрядника.
